I don't like it either but with Buddy I have no other choice. He needs a certain prescription food and while it's offered at the vet clinic you pay 50% more there. The food is expensive as is so getting the food at a discount from Chewy really helps. Amazon is the other place I use fairly regularly. I've never had a problem with Amazon. I won't order from random sites though. That makes me very nervous.

Having 50 % discount is a big deal! I definitely see why you use the site and order it online. It's totally understandable that you don't want to order from random sites.

This is why I am worried as the site is random and I just won't be OK until I receive the order and I know that there were no issues for my friend.

Chewy is tremendous too. I will email when some of the cans are dented in... without one question, they immediately send a new order. I bet I've received 10 plus brand new orders of 24 cans of food. It's incredible, the customer service is amazing.

I hear you about not liking random sites. Will you be able to track the package when the information becomes available?

I've gotten burned ordering from random sites so I stick with Amazon.

They are supposed to notify me on the phone with updates. We will see if it will happen .

Well it's a bit more complicated than this. We have demo every two weeks and every two weeks they basically show to the stakeholders what they have done. Their efficiency is measured every two weeks and there is check for deviation. They had planned 2 tasks that they had to fail because of this issue so now their efficiency is on the low side.

While they tend to be whiny, I also blame the process.l It makes them thinking about ways to defend themselves and basically excuse their under performance.

Exactly. Amazon is stable, at least for us Americans it is. I have never worried or had a problem with Amazon before.

Why every two weeks? They probably work for one week and take the next week to figure out a way to explain why they are behind and not doing the work properly or in a timely manner.
