I noticed that on the spoilers for Lost. First it was 48 survivors then 47 and now it's 46. I'm just waiting for something else to be constant in that show. A number, a color, something like that.

I'm rewatching S3 on DVD and watched the episode where Sydney goes into ther memories/dreams to try to recall her past. She kept running up to door 47, because that was where she was held. Another 47!

Yes, and it serves as a reference to Rambaldi's page 47 which is where the sketching of the woman who resembles Sydney and whose DNA matches Sydney's is found....

I forgot about that. And isn't that the thing that was missing when Syd had to steal something from the Vault? Whatever was in something marked 47, was missing..? I really have to go watch S3 over again, I cleary wasn't paying too much attention to details.

I don't know if this was already mentioned but Sydney's picture appears on page 47 of the Rambaldi Manuscript.

Cass Yeah, I think at the end of the season she had to get into vault 47... no.... someone posted that it was page 47, no .. I got it right this time -- there was the number 47 in the report number or something

Raven Good example. I do think it's been mentioned before, but that certainly is a crucial example of 47. I think lots of others stem from that one.
