A testimonial is just a few sentences where you can say something about the show & the board, & how you feel about the board reaching the milestone. That sort of thing. If you look at some of the recent celebrations on other boards some of them have it so you might get some ideas from there. E.G. Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Kat Graham, The Lying Game, Arrested Development, & Sherlock.
