Now, that Voyager repeats are airing on Spike. I am appreciating Janeway again.

I've caught a few episodes this week. Janeway did a good job of melding the two crews. Parallax, the eppy where she decided to appoint B'Elanna to engineering is a good example of that.

In the episode where Neelix has his lungs removed, she takes the lead in exploring the caverns.

I"ve always wondered about having the Captain on away missions like that. Or I guess it's more if both the Captain and First Officer are on the same away team. I'd think one of them should be left on the ship.

I think they usually leave Chakotay on the ship , if the Captain is on the planet.

Janeway is a bit of a superwoman. She is an accomplished scientist and an engineer.

Hi folks,
I'm new here, but I LIKE this list of reasons ...

"Picard could never act like a prostitute to gain a tactical advantage."
*lol* ... even though I would really like to see him try. Just for giggles.

Welcome Sheila!

Yes, that would definitely be an interesting episode. I could see him pulling it off too. Remember how he was dressed - I think it was an episode with Vash - It was one of the few times we seen him in civilian clothes, a tunic that partially exposed his chest ...

I think I liked her short hair cut the best . It seemed more no-nonsense.

I agree. When she wore it in a bun, it gave her a really harsh look.

Has anybody been following 'The Black Donnellys'?

I keep forgetting about it and haven't seen an episode. I taped it a couple of weeks back, but then accidentally taped over it. There are rumours of cancellation already.

But yes, I agree with you that she's looking good.

Kate is the Mom in the Black Donnelly's right? The show won't be back next year , it's ratings are too low.

That really surprised me, considering all the fans here. It had over 100 votes in the polls in just a few days last month.

yes, I think she was the mother.

It is a relationship show and it has it's fans , but it needs more than 6 million viewers a week to be re-newed.
