TFTNT.
 I posted this on the main board but thought it should be said here as well. Emma trusts Hook with the most important thing. Henry. That speaks so much about how Emma views Hook and how much she trusts him. I know some are frustrated with Emma for not giving more of herself but that's a pretty big deal imo. The rest will come. Slowly but surely. __________________

I don't know about a kiss next episode. To me it feels too soon after Neal. I can't see Emma being in the mind set to kiss him. But I'm hoping for one by the end of the season. Though it'll be hard to top that doozy from Good Form. __________________

Physical-well being vs. Emotional well-being
I don't think a kiss, but I think the audience will understand the depth of Hook's feeling for her. He most likely was a 'playa' back in the day, but he's a one woman man today. Zelena may be a tad bit angry Hook returned the Savior to SB. Yikes! Where is his ship? Did he lose it or traded it in?? Ughh. Just. Can't.  What amazes me about this shot - is the blocking! Clearly the entire space behind and to the right of Emma and Hook is EMPTY. They are visually telling us 'hello, notice anything missing at the docks?' Wide open space... Ughh, I think our initial thought on the parallel may be a tad bit off based on the promo. If the past is Hook as a player and ladies man and fighting to keep his home i.e., JR vs. present Hook as one woman only and sacrificing his ship for a new home i.e. Emma, well then we may all die from our emotions.  Maybe we still won't know if Hook receives the message, and how does Arial fit into the story? __________________

I remember someone guessed that on this board   The episode was amazing, I enjoyed it even if I had to watch without subtitles... And the JR promo... I can't wait!!! I'm really curious about the upcoming episode and how Blackbeard fits in. I initially thought Hook would encounter him during the missing year, but it looks like he may be in the flashback to the distant past. I thought it would show Hook battling Blackbeard to get back the JR and then have to exchange it for a way to get back to Emma. Now it seems that we may see him in full pirate mode (pre-Milah maybe?) and contrasting that with the missing year?? I'm kind of confused. lol I would actually find it more interesting to discover that he wasn't really that much of a ladies man - that it was just a persona and image that he created with the flirting. He talks a big game, but I've wondered how much of it is actually true. Of course, looking the way he does, I'm sure many women were interested. Thanks for posting that screenshot, CityGal! I love how he stands as close as he possibly can to her (and how she doesn't seem to mind). My babies! The Ariel stuff? No idea! Love the Killian and Henry bonding scenes, and the nighttime scene with K. and Emma when he brought Henry home again. They seemed very couple-like in that scene. Killian, Emma, and Henry also looking very much a family in the funeral scene. I know the writers love the "slow burn", but really longing to see Emma show more tenderness to Killian. She's very brusque, in order to keep him at arm's length (those walls again). However, I do love that Emma completely trusts Killian with Henry's emotional well being, as well as his safety - that scene in the diner was an important one. That illustrates something truly special that Emma feels for K. - as she doesn't trust easily. I think that her trust of him is definitely entwined with love, only Emma isn't ready to be more open with him (yet). Her love for him is there - but it will take her a while longer to be able to actually express it, because of her walls. But I have faith that the writers will eventually show this, and when they do, it will be an unforgettable and fantastic moment in the show, and for our beloved couple. Walsh as the youthful Wizard of Oz was a good plot twist - but hoping the writers don't make Walsh appear later as a contrite "Wizard" who wants Emma's love. I don't want to see any more triangles when it comes to Emma - just clear sailing to Captain Swan! __________________
