Yup lol. The whole series left me with a weird feeling. It didn't draw me in like the US one did.

Me too!! It's been a long time since I found a new show that I instantly loved so much. And became obsessed with, if me re-watching it already is any indication

I watched the UK version first and they are quite different. The first few episodes dialogue was very much the same, but after that U.S. developed a soul of it's own.
So...Michael and Brian... I loved that Michael was really supportive of Justin AND Brian in this scene. We didn't get a lot of interactions like this one. https://youtu.be/40_ZTdm35fs __________________

Yes, me too!! For all of their problems, for all of the times when Brian did something stupid, the two of them were always there for each other. Like after Brian saw his father, he went straight to Michael. Michael was really the only one Brian would let comfort him.

When it all comes down they had so much history and so much of a friendship that they were the ones that understood each other so much that they could be there for each other in a way that others couldn't. That was why it was sad in season 5 when they had that massive fight and were arguing with each other

I agree. Even though I do understand why it happened. Michael was always defending Brian, even when he didn't deserve it. And Brian could be a right as*cnesored**le to Michael. But they loved each other and like you said, they understood each other better than anyone. When Brian wants to donate blood for Michael, that showed everything. And both times when they were there for each other when their partner was in the hospital.

Michael witnessed the most detrimental time of Brian's life during the bashing. He saw how absolutely devastated/traumatized he was from having experienced such a thing. It's such a good thing Brian had Michael there as support while he grieved.

Yeah exactly. I don't think anyone else could have helped Brian nor do I think he would have wanted anyone to. That moment was really special between them.

Brian said that if Michael weren't there, he wouldn't have made it.

I agree - I don't think he would've wanted anyone but Michael there for him and that scene in the hospital when Michael is crying and Brian says to him then about he couldn't got through without him - that was one of their most touching scenes I think |

Yes As messed up as their friendship could be at times, they were so important to each other.
