If SC is writing it ... I have faith it'll be in there because that moment is constantly mentioned throughout all three books and it's the first moment that Peeta "remembers" and the dandelion line closes Mockingjay before the epilogue - the dandelion is constantly brought up too.

I just don't see how the relationship could be what it is without that moment you know? And SC put a LOT of meaning and emphasis on it. For god's sakes he was called the Boy with the BREAD.
