It's a hard question. On one hand I can relate to Bishop's earliest character traits of sitting on the floor, being content with just doing research. I have a tendency to act the same way.
On the other hand NCIS was always a "comfort" show for me and for the family, part of the few good things that started in 2003/'04. It taught values of family, companionship and of how the military/people should work.

NCIS: I wish that the bomb attack/Palmer's wedding would have been on different days.
NCIS LA: Killing off Michelle, I still don't see the point of that "move" other than its shock factor.
NOLA: It'd have been nice to have less Pride-vision themed scenes/episodes...

NCIS: I tend to avoid re-watching s14 with Sergei & the serial killer. I have nothing against the story-arch, I just don't want to re-watch them

NCIS LA: Sam & Sudan (1st place), the mole-arch (2nd place) & s10 with the new direction (3rd place)

NOLA: Pride and his visions.
I also skipped s4 altogether...

NCIS - The Parsa storyline

NCIS LA - Sam & Sudan

NOLA - Pride-orientated anything but mainly these vision things, they're a bit weird

Witch Hunt I think. Halloween is meaningless to me, I just like that episode out of those options
