And, yes Joelle didn't help much with Callen's trust issues...

But I also think that he had trust issues way before Joelle happened, so she can't be solely blamed for it...

Oh man looks like Joelle comes along again

Yes he never seemed to have trusted anyone before which is probably why his mistrust after Joelle added to things cause he allowed himself to trust/fall in love than found out it was all fake

He did, but she made things so much worse.

I don't see how Joelle affected his trust issues? Proved them maybe, but to me she allowed him to open up & let people in. Yes it didn't work out for the best that time but he was still willing after her to give it another go . Certainly she made him wary but to me he always was? Its why he didn't let anyone in or date really before her

oh ok, I missed or forgot that. But other than that I don't see it on the show itself . But he didn't necessarily not trust them before, but now he does. Before he just didn't let people in

It was when Anna came back. She'd been with Joelle and told him that Joelle was right about him, he didn't trust the women in his life, and he responded with "Yeah, because of her."
