So this Darius is like a brother to Callen? his father raised him even if he was a child of the family that murdered Callen's mother

Nope. His bio family are responsible for the deaths of a lot of Callen's family.

Darius doesn't care about the blood feud, so Callen won't see him as a huge threat, but I can't really ever see him accepting him as a brother.

Just hope that Hetty's plan works and that they are able to stop the feud thanks to the 2 of them working together in stopping the human-trafficking and Darius getting his woman back

I don't think Darius is lying about not caring about it because there's no real reason he would, but whether or not that lasts is a wait and see thing.

I honestly hope that they won't take that route...

... Callen had more than enough family drama, and I would rather see drama happening elsewhere than with the Reznikov/Comescu clan...
