I think I'm kind of embarrassed to remember that time, lol. I felt like I had lost someone close to me. It was a very palpable experience.

It's honestly why I feel a kind of kinship with those who lose their faves, lol, even if I hate the character. My hatred of Derek Shepherd was legendary, but I still felt horrible for his fans that night.
