I don't even know what it means.

Is it like saying 'isn't it'?

It is, I’m far too old and uncool to be going around saying it though

It's interesting because I use a lot of British slang and I didn't know I was.

I’m starting to get like that with pronouncing some words the American way because I almost exclusively watch American tv

Aww that's cute lol.

I love how Brit's will say a word like 'together' but pronounce it 'togevah'. Eric on Sex Education has the best accent of them all imo.

Otis is probably the closest to how my accent sounds, but it is a bit of a mishmash at times

Being Canadian, we use a lot of British words and sayings in our country too.

But mostly I think I don’t have a “Canadian accent”, to my ears, I just sound like a typical North American from the west coast, which sounds like no accent in particular

There are certain words Canadian's say where I can hear an accent like 'about' and you guys say 'eh' a lot.

Yes, its funny when Americans try to say “eh” but they never seem to use it correctly in their sentence.

When I lived in Vegas, I got a tape from my dad and I noticed his accent when he pronounced the word “garage”.

His American accent?

No, I was used to hearing Americans speak so when my dad said “Garage” it didn’t sound right cause I guess its his Canadian accent coming out.

I had a guy in Vegas try to say “eh” to me, and I was like “uh, that’s not exactly how its used” haha.
