~Matthew Fox: They are now emotinally conected more then they have ever been. If you removed all the circumstances that are getting in the way of them beeing together romantically. I think they could be together at this point. But there are so manny things going on and so many things recuiring their attention and their energy, it like two ships constanely passing in the night, but they really are connected trought time and space almost.
~Damon Lindelof: On the other hand, Jack and Kate are a classical and romantic couple. They are amazed by each other, and as the time runs, they start to depend of each other, care about each other, the connection between them is getting stronger this season. There is always something, someone in their way. That makes the audience support them all the time"

Just a bit of something to start the new thread with good jatey spirites and a great feeling of a new year, a new LOST, a new jate...ect ect

The passion in one kiss, one take, one moment, was simply enough to carry us up to the clouds above and let us dance on them for a while. so much lust and desire in a glance and a mini-fight that led us to a distinguishable moment of jateness - a never forgotten, always remembered jate kiss.

It started off so long ago now, but not once have we ever squandered from the fact that it exists. on that screen, there's a fire that burns inside of them both. fiercely composing that lasts even now they are apart. She may only be buckling up his bag, but she chose to do so, and the vivid flirting in this scene, if it was anything to go by, meant that there was a future to be had and shared together, as one.

An unforgettable jate moment. when all the pressure of being stuck on a mysterious island, meant nothing to when jack saw her fall and knew there was nothing else he could do but pick her up and carry her to safety. reassuring us, our hearts, her heart that he would go to the ends of the earth to die for her.

i could watch that episode every single day i swear. that kiss. it really is a knee weakening moment! this cap is my favourite though. its that beautifully intense moment where the lips are touching and their mouths are completely engulfing one another, but they cant move or kiss, they can just feel, breathing one another in, touching together. it's so perfect. it makes me knees go weak every time i dream of that moment in time. sigh
