I have to admit I don't remember too much about the later half of S3. I love that she was able to get him to talk about it.

Yeah, I don't remember the latter half of season 3 (post-WITW) much either and I did not remember that particular exchange.
I did remember one in which she said:
"I should have been here"
and he responded:
"You're always here" and proceeded to stumble.
This to me states that he carries her with him as inspiration. Which I believe he continued to do after she died.

The exchange in that set is Cordy's greatest power, Angel never opened up to anyone as he did to her and vise versa.

That's me too. I haven't watched the show in a really long time but when I did do rewatches I could never go past WITW. I feel it would be the same if I did it now. And as much as I love WITW the ending is extremely annoying and frustrating.

Just thinking about how bad the show turned makes me extremely sad.


I so agree. He was always thinking about Cordy and she was what helps him continue on and want to do the right thing. I also he agree that he never opened up to anyone the way he had Cordelia. They had something incredibly special.

I actually wish there would be a reboot in which Angel gets the PTB to send him back in time to the night of 'Tomorrow' and stops Skip from ascending Cordy to the higher plane and thus stopping Jasmine from happening.

David and Charisma could totally reprise the roles, they still look like the show was canceled last year (well as long as David is clean shaven).

It would also be nice if they could do something where Connor was never born. It was ok when he was a baby but overall I could have done without Connor happening at all.

I concur.
I'd prefer that Connor was erased from existence to his growing up to be that messed up ***wipe but just erasing Holtz and Quo-toth and growing him up proper, raised by Angel and Cordy would work for me as well even though that's not the reason I resent his existence. I resent his existence because he's biologically Darla's not Cordy's.
I mean how adorbs would Angel have been watching Cordy's belly grow and rubbing and kissing and talking to it?

It would have been much cuter if it was Cordelia's. But overall a baby was not needed. AC's or otherwise. I won't lie. There are some really adorable scenes with AC and Connor and them separately with Connor but I would gladly give them up if it meant no Connor at all.

Well, it gave Angel a new sense of purpose---briefly, so it did add some interesting substance but I concur nonetheless that a baby was not needed and that if it were the only way to erase the teenage Connor pukefest, I could live without him ever being conceived.

I think he could have found one without Connor. Though I don't really remember him needing one. It has been so long since I've seen them. The whole Connor storyline was such a wreck.
