I hope it's not a glimpse of A/P things to come but maybe it's just that is a A/W shipper and it senses things are not going their way

And as long as they keep Chris in the same capacity in term of episodes/screentime he is now, I agree with her... I believe this is the problem, because Will will stay untouched by that since he is working at the firm while for Peter you need to find a story that it doesn't look like a spin-off

Frankly this season, in terms of story, they could just as easily have been divorced and in good terms and it would haven't have changed a thing, or barely anything anyway. I know that it would have changed for you shippers but most of the scenes they had together so far in S2 would have been the same and what little we have seen of Peter was on the campaign trail more than with her.

Sadly, I agree. I hope the second half of the season changes this situation

Maybe it will. There hasn't been a lot in terms of what's going to change but I do believe they are intent on righting some things.

But most of the time Peter story felt disconnected from the rest of the show, like a spin-off. And even the campaign was mostly disappointed so I agree that it's not really difficult to push a five minutes appearance but how this could improve the quality of the show remains unclear.
And I believe that a lot of viewers were interested because they could have some movement in A/P, once they are divorced I'm not sure about the level of this interest.
