Not good but the show has been off the air for one month and that naturally happens. Not sure why The CW doesn't realize you cannot take such long breaks. It wouldn't surprise me if The Flash has a struggle with ratings tonight as well, even slightly.

It's a shame because overall I've enjoyed this season. Good news is for those who watch, we won't have to worry about cancellation because while the ratings are lower, they are still okay for The CW. Riverdale is the one show I watch that I worry about. Ratings are really bad and keep going down.

I think riverdale is safe cause it's also distributed on Netflix.

I would definitely be more upset if Supergirl were cancelled rather than if Riverdale got cancelled. I don't want Riverdale cancelled because you guys really enjoy it, but that would be my individual preference if I had a choice.

That's true about Riverdale. Plus, if something did happen and The CW didn't want it after season 2, Netflix would pick it up anyway.

Good news is both Riverdale and Supergirl were already renewed for next season so Riverdale will see a season 2 and Supergirl will see a season 3 no matter what. Supergirl's numbers have gone down but trust me, this one month break has something to do with last night's numbers and I will bet the numbers will be better next week. Plus, that rating of .5 in the key demo is all the network cares about anyway so it's not going anywhere for a long while. Riverdale isn't either due to the Netflix connection but man, the ratings are definitely low. I think it relates to the show being a mid-season pick up, along with pairing it with a TV show that I truly think will exist until the end of time in Supernatural. Would love to see Riverdale pair up with The Flash next season or even a Supergirl and The Flash pair up. Supergirl will always have to battle Monday Night Football too which sucks. Still, it'll be fine.

I record them all, and watch them a bit late so I can skip commercials. I won't be continuing with Great News though. I loves me some Briga Heelan, but the mother character is too overbearing and annoying.

I fell asleep watching The Flash last night, so I only got about halfway through it. I'll catch up today after work.
