^ Yeah it is. I think it's the scene where he gives her the money for school.
Watched "Hurricane" last night. That DJo scene at the end always gets to me! Where they go into the closet and reenact a scene from Jaws like they used to. It was sweet how he apologized for being a terrible friend and she forgave him, of course. It's funny though how often she criticizes him for regressing and she's the one that wanted to put adulthood on the backburner. __________________

^ So true. Watched Baby a few days ago. I really like how Dawson listened to and supported Joey through the birth of her nephew. He also gave her good advice when he urged her to sit by Bessie's side just like what she did with her mom. He knew what she needed.

They may have fought a lot, but they certainly were each others support system when it was really needed. You can't deny the strength of their friendship or the fact that they knew each other's. Definitely a strong friendship.

^ So true.
Watched Detention last night. The part with DJo wrestling at the beginning was cute and you could see the moment where Joey's changing feelings for Dawson got to her. She immediately launched into an argument of sorts about Jen. I can understand why he can't see she likes him seeing as she handles it the way she does. I think she's just as confused about their changing relationship as he is, but she's more aware of her changing feelings. That probably has something to do with him dating Jen so he's not thinking about it as much as she is. That breakdown scene was so sad. I really felt for Joey there, despite her prickly nature, she's vulnerable on the inside. Their kiss was so intense though, much more intimate than the one PJen shared. __________________

That kiss in Detention was the first moment we really saw any romantic moment between them, even if Joey was showing interest before that.

Joey's interest in Dawson was pretty subtle though--in the sense that she would deny it to anyone who asked and even to Dawson himself. I can see why he thought they were just friends considering how angry and defensive she got at different points. It was more obvious to people outside the situation since they could see how she looked at him when he wasn't looking at her.
Watched Boyfriend last night, that episode had some great DJo scenes. Like the one at the party where they joke and smile at each other. Then when he puts her on the couch and curls her hair behind her ear. That little speech was so sweet and so was the kiss. He seemed genuinely surprised by it but quickly dismissed it afterward. I like how Pacey pointed out the obvious, that he was talking about Joey when he was having a terrible weekend with his actual girlfriend. Wonder what that means. Oh and I like how he said he had a soul connection with Joey where she could tell what he was thinking before he said it. __________________

I just love when they interact, in whatever capacity that is. They have a lot of chemistry and just a natural vibe between them. The dock scene in season 3 when she asks what they are he says "just damson and joey" or whatever was really cute.

^ Same here, they have such a unique and special relationship. They really felt like best friends who had known each other forever since the pilot. James/Katie really had a unique chemistry in that sense.
That dock scene was special and so defining for them. One of the few good moments in s3. Watched The Scare last night and I love that scene at the end where they're talking about how they'd feel if the other person died. "I'd be inconsolable." The way they looked at each other there brought a little tear to my eye. It was such an intense and genuine scene. Already Dawson can't imagine life without her. Oh how blind he is in s1! He should've known something was off when he described their friendship as intense. Friendships aren't supposed to feel like that. __________________
