George Lucas only decided that Leia was Luke's sister while he was making ROTJ so anything here in ESB is a coincidence

I rather just say that Luke realized it here but will need to see if he realizes - well Yoda says there's another and he has a sister - right away he says Leia

Yeah but that's in ROTJ When Yoda says "there is another" in ESB George Lucas hadn't decided who that would be yet.
