I think it's from all of them
 Because the point of the new trilogy is to be closer to the original trilogy and JJ has criticized the prequels before, not to mention the amount of criticism Hayden got, I don't think they wanna bring that energy into the new trilogy...__________________

Hayden has his fanbase that would welcome any potential involvement he might have in future movies. I for one dont think we will see him in the new movies but one can never really tell until the end credits play...

I don't think his fanbase makes up for the people who hated him as Anakin, as far as how much it'd be worth it to have him in the movie, money/reception wise for the SW fans.
