He always looks so nervous with Rey, like he's desperate to impress her and change her mind about him. He's nearly always on the verge of tears.


EVEN WHEN HE PROPOSES and says "but not to me", he's doing that thing with his mouth that suggests he's nervous as hell


I feel as if it is Adam's way of displaying Ben's true feelings for Rey.

Oh my god yes, their heartbroken faces. She is heartbroken because she thinks he is actually going to kill her and he's heartbroken because he can read in Rey's eyes that she thinks he is going to kill her.

Ben and Rey's second force bond scene is basically a wet dream


I'm not being gross Rey's first experience in rain, Ben observing her, walking closer, joining in, she seems him in a different light... Then she disappears and he's left wiping the wet on his face on his glove.


That scene gives me the feels

^ I love those two conflicting journeys for them and how they're basically on a collision course because of their similar flaws and their yearning to matter

He remembered her face out of all things

That is my favorite moment - the way Adam plays that line, and that longggg pause as he studies her when he says "from the forest" - he sounds completely dejected and sad.


Also, Rey in that second gif - it looks as if her heart has skipped a beat. That surprised catch of breath.
