I'm glad you finally saw it, Rach and that you liked it. You commented on so many things I'm not sure how to reply [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img] I hope that Renton stays clean & stick to his closing monologue. He's young and has a promosing life. There's a lot he can do and as long as he stays away from drugs everything will work out for him. I loved the way the movie ended.
Also his room reminded me of someone even younger than a teenager. I don't know many teenage boys with trains on their walls. The whole cast was fantastic in their parts. I can't imagine anyone else being in the movie but them.

btw what did you think of the toilet scene? the first time I saw it I was gagging like Renton was.

I just saw Trainspotting for the first time and I loved it! Ewan was great in it.

my sisters friends saw Trainspotting when it first came out & they always told her about the toilet scene. So before I saw it she told me about it but I didn't think it would be *that* bad. Then I watched it and it was so much more gross than I thought it would be.
