What you can't see it that on the other side of the security fence is this hill that rises up, and a wide sidewalk and street and that was all crowded too. There were at least 100,000 people there.

Wow! I never knew the band had so many fans. But I'd love to learn how to swing dance.

I won't be around the next two days. Going to an Eclipse screening Monday night and then seeing Eclipse again Tuesday at a charity event.

free concert, nice night in June, and a party atmosphere. We get a good number of tourists up here for the festival season. Still, the BSO really rocked it.

Free concerts are nice. I haven't been to one in ages, though. Come to think of it, I haven't been to a pay-for-it concert in ages either.

Caris!! Glad you're all right. Definitely call your parents cause you may not be able to function if you don't know how they're doing.

Oh no, Caris! That is scary. There have been a ton of earthquakes in Mexico lately. The 2 that I have felt in the last couple of months were both actually located near the US border in Mexico. I don't think that is anywhere near this latest one, but still... makes you wonder.
