It's a Hook/Aurora fanfic. It's the first fanfic I have written that isn't Max/Tess. I'm nervous about getting the characterization down. But this is a test to see if I can write something other than M/T.

You never know until you try. You may surprise yourself.

I like the challenge because Max and Hook are SO different. Max was quiet and unsure of himself meanwhile Hook is a total sleazeball and cocky. So it's fun to get into a different character's mind while writing.

Definitely. It will enhance your writing skills, to deal with characters so opposite from what you are used to writing.

For Lent Steph and I are going to clean the basement an hour each day. So now I really won't have time to write. Is it easter yet?

That must be one really messy basement! (Actually, I take that back. Thinking of my parents' basement, it would probably take AT LEAST 40 hours to clean it.)

Thank the Lord we don't have a garage. The attic is very small so nothing is up there.
