He did and I wonder if it would have happened to be honest. It was hard to tell what Jack was thinking as he watched Ennis drive away.

Yeah IA Jenn, part of me thinks Jack would be strong and just say, "I've had enough, I cant do this anymore" but another part of me thinks that he didnt really have the strength to walk away, he loved Ennis too much.

I think both of you have hit the nail on the head. Considering the fact we heard what Jack's dad told Ennis about Jack talking about the other guy.

I don't want ever want to say that I'm glad Jack died..but I know I would never want to see Jack start making excuses as to not show up. Because can you imagine the hurt it would have caused Ennis?

Yeah I can imagine the pain it would casue Ennis which is awful but on the other hand there is only so much heartache that Jack can take and he was quickly reaching his limit, there comes a time when you need to put yourself first.

So true. He was really reaching his limit. It all came back to how Ennis was raised..what he saw. I almost wonder if things had been different or something. If Ennis could have accepted who he loved and accepted the life that Jack wanted with him.

I think when Ennis was at Jack's parents house..and he heard what Jack's dad said about the other guy...I think he knew that if Jack were still alive, he was so close to losing him forever. I think finding the shirts and then the way he took them with them...reversed the order...he was holding on to Jack.

And dude..I'm going to make myself freakin cry!
