It is true that Mr. Moose will likely never stand trial, by reasons of insanity and being a moose. This is unfortunate, because I agree with Madame Thief that he anticipated the sex on ice. Perhaps he was even, dare I say it, hoping to bring suit against Tessa and Scott for traumatizing him so? Is his "insanity" nothing more than a sham???

You know what? Its possible that he's running his own YAY SKATE CANADA sham. ITS POSSIBLE. My question then must be, what was his motivation for wanting to bring suit for trauma caused by said sex on ice? Is he low on cash? Baby Mama drama? Tangled up with the mob? Clearly, this story may be much more complex than we initially believed it to be.

Perhaps it's noT only one moose! Perhaps they have a secret moose cabin in which they have sunglasses and agents who must then go get closer to watch this SOI. And there is a YAY SKATE CANADA behind it or even they are the masterminds of YAY SKATE CANADA themselves.

Mr. Moose is actually Messrs. Moose? And they all live in the same house? This is much more interesting than I thought.

It would help explain his apparent omnipresence, as well as the trauma to the unfortunate soul who drew the short straw on the day of the TEB OD. He may not have known what he was in for at all, if the others didn't inform him.

As for motivation...perhaps they've been hired by a third party, as private eyes?

If Mr. Moose is part of YAY SKATE CANADA, then what could his ulterior motive for spying on Tessa and Scott be? What could his investment in their...less-than-platonic activities possibly be? There's something worth investigating here.
