Yeah they did.
 Rewatching the end of s3 reminds me of OOC it was for Ross to not take responsibility for what happened between them at the start of s4. He was clearly still in love with her after they broke up and would've done/said anything to make things right. So it's just weird that he couldn't let the break thing go.  __________________
