I wish I was as positive as you. I mean idk what he'll publish, but for me his intentions are confusing. If from the beginning of the episode Georgina is making it clear that she thinks Dan is writing a good article, isn't it more likely that he's not? Because that would be a ~twist~. If they make the audience think Dan's "reformed" by having Georgina think so then I feel like he really is playing her. I just don't want him to only realise his feelings at the end of this episode because that's just so choppy and rushed. Also, dan would never be that cruel to serena, so what on earth are the writers thinking?

The way I read the scene is totally different. Georgina doesn't know he is with Serena already. She thinks he writes a fluff piece do he can win her over. I think he writes a good piece but its not some fluff piece but about how much he loved her despite her flaws. I think the Georgina thing is put in as misdirection to make you question his intentions when really everything he has said is the truth.

I hope you're right. Either way no matter what bs they pull I know Dan will always love Serena and vice versa they just give me the pretty to work with

I was just thinking...what if during the FB, when DS first meet, we finally get to hear 10-08-05? Like Dan reading it as the VO as the scene plays out. I know it's probably too much to hope for but I would love it so much

I've always wanted to hear it. When you look as the story on screen, the first few sentences make sense but then the rest is just babble. The prop peeps cbs
