He 'died' because of a aortic dissection caused by a gunshot

To add to that, his death was because that gunshot wound inflicted by Rose (which happened earlier in the season).

True. Just look at how many times Rose has "died".

Though hers make more sense, I suppose, since Rose is a criminal and has a lot to run from. Not Michael.

Having said that, seeing Brett being back on set makes me SO happy (and the other castmembers are clearly estastic to have him back).

I read this ... and oh, this would be horrible if he faked his own death. I'm hoping that it was someone else who faked it for their own agenda.

I don't even watch the show and I even think that'd be horrible to make that be what happened. Their has to be a way to do it without ruining a character.

It makes me happy too, I love seeing them all together again and having fun.
