OMG, I love LP, they were such a cute couple, I mean, I don't have anything against Brucas, I just don't think that brooke and lucas are enought alike. peyton and him an the other hand, well, they are just soooo similar.

aww that was so cute
 ^ because up until that point we hadnt really seen lucas give anything towards peyton. i mean, we knew that peyton loved lucas this whole time.. but lucas has always been with brooke.even tho hes saved her, hes never really said anything nice like that. its funny that he told peyton she looked nice, but didnt say anythig to brooke. hes always said to peyton, "you look kind of hot." has he ever said anything like that to brooke? |

Not really just the standard pretty girl thing but that just makes me think of superficial their relationship is. Its not about anything real and that moment where he said Peyotn looked nice, he was asked not to look at her or speak to her by both Brooke and Peyton. He did anyways. Brooke had told him he looked nice and he never returned the favor, instead offering it to Peyton. It's very telling.

That's why Brooke's "How about how you show it" line is so amazing. It's one of the best things Brooke has ever said actually cause it's so ture. Lucas can talk all he wants but his actions tell a different story.

i think that Lucas loves Brooke but i dont think Brooke loves Lucas and she has been trying to get from him what peyton does instead of having her own relationship with lucas. __________________

I think it's so telling how Brooke has to literally demand things from Lucas, when he just does those things for Peyton, and all those things, are things you should just do unconditionally.
