Gilmore Girls is amazing The combination of witty banter, pop culture references and Luke Danes make it one of my favorites as well.

Maybe you'd like Dark Angel. It's starring Jessica Alba and Michael Weatherly, and Jensen is a main character all throughout the second season. It was my favorite show when I was a kid.

And I'm so sorry, but I really find it annoying people (well, MEN in general) all have this sort of connection with Elena, but mainly because they've felt something for Katherine in the past. Do you understand what I mean a little bit?

YW I don't know, I guess age difference is something that isn't really relevant when it comes to this show. I mean, both Stefan and Damon have almost 150 years on her. Katherine has almost 400 years on S and D. I have no idea how much older than Jeremy Anna was

I understand completely. You have no idea how annoyed I was when it turned out Elijah had had feelings for Katherine in the past The thing is, I can't stand SE or DE, so I'd be more than okay with them moving on from Elena and falling in love with someone else. And I think there's a really special connection between Elijah and Elena, a relationship based on mutual respect and admiration. I love how they challenge one another, how they're probably the only people who do that. I mean, everyone's either terrified of Elijah (Rose, Slater, Trevor) or ridiculously reckless around him (Damon), but not Elena. Elena knows exactly how dangerous he is and doesn't try to piss him off, but she doesn't shrink in fear around him. On the contrary. And with Elena everyone's either coddling and lying to her as if she was too weak to handle the truth (Stefan) or disregarding her intelligence and taking away her right to make decisions for herself (Damon). Elijah understands her and respects her right to choose, but he doesn't surrender to her either. It's a perfect balance for me.
