It surely will. I was about 18 000kms( i think) away from home But I skyped with my family once a week, that was ok.

But it is good you love your family and miss them and they will always be home to you but you will become comfortable in your new home too
I won't lie and tell you will not get homesick here and there once you settle in cause I have been away from home for 20 years and still get homesick once in awhile it is good though cause it just means I love my family

Awww, the gif is very accurate, I've been crying like that for the past hour and a half.

I really miss my mum and dad. I can't stop thinking about them. I've been away from my 'real' home for 10 years, but I miss my England home so much! I don't think I've ever cried this much in my life.

I do love my parents, they really did an awesome job raising me up.
