I skimmed through episode 405 and that's correct. Gemma only glanced over them quickly in Tara's office. Clay and Unser burned the copies of the letters before Gemma ever got a chance to read them so she has no idea. What Scarlett said about Tara letting Gemma find them but removing the incriminating ones is very plausable. Gemma gets her hands on them gives them to Jax spinning her lies only for Tara to show Jax the rest and expose her. That would be great.
