Welcome here Phoe, it's a pleasure to receive you! Yes, me too I'm very curious to see what will happen with Eli's project. Yeah Eliza hum , their comments look very interesting and give us hope for interesting scenes with Ria and Eli. Manu, I think we can be positive about more room to characters of Eli and Ria in Season 3.
One of the article reveal many informations so I will maintain it completly cover to respect everyone choice to read or not, but in the other, not everything is spoiler. I could replace the same article, but cover some too revealing parts as spoilers. Quote:
It's good to see than some artists of LTM are also interested to talk about something else than their career. Brendan Hines just give link of an American politician's speech in defense of teens agains bullying. Brendan Hines (brendan_hines) on Twitter Watch this. All of it. Fort Worth City Councilman's 'It Gets Better' Speech [VIDEO] ... and yesterday night, Tim Roth made that post in his Tweeter : Here's the link 2 the live feed if U want 2 tweet it 2 your followers BBC News - Chile mine Yesterday, it was Lie to me in French in Canadian tv., but even as the fan of the show myself, I didn't watch it because my interest was more for the news. I was moved to tears to see each of Chilian minor alive, it's so refreshing and inspiring to see good news. I hope it will be real when the president say they will do everything for new better rules of security and conditions of workers in Chili now. I hope it's true, so many people works in so terrible conditions. Maybe this story happen for something and and now working condition and security will be respected. Thanks for that, I'm really excited becuase he is, though I get it must be weird to be on the slot of a debunked show...
And so nice that both of them are concerned with political things (the country si Chile by the way, with an E). I agree that I was really happy (Chile is my neighbour country, and when it first happened my mum said they were probably dead, and I said that they could be alive... yes, an "I told you so" came up when they were found...) that they were pulled out (there's barely any good news anymore ), but one can't lose from sight the reason why they were buried in the first place. __________________

It's my pleasure Phoe and Manu, I'm happy you like it. You're so right Manu, it's so important to don't forget everything happen, and how more than crucial it is to do everything for the security of minors and workers.
All this story give a enormous lesson to learn for the entiere word. It really give a lot of thing to seriously continue to meditate. Thank you for your information for right spelling Chile, not Chili. My mistake is because in French (my langage), the prononciation and spelling are different, but now I will remember your correction. ---------- About Lie to me, just to tell you in case you're interested, there is this link for questions to Monica, Brendan and Hayley, for a making of video with their responds. The mishap will nevertheless inspired the president of Chile, which is committed to better mark the mine safety in the country. Claire Martin, Freelance Press The accident at the mine San Jose and the incredible rescue of 33 miners created a precedent. Chile can now sit back and deal with questionable safety conditions in mines small and medium size. Chairman Sebastian Pinera promised corrective action. "The conditions were really bad, I do not think anyone can work like that," said Manuel Gonzalez, the first rescuer to be lowered into the basket to go up one by one, the 33 minors. He added: "I know that in the North, many mines operate in this way, but it's inhumane." Mine gold and copper from San Jose was known in the region to be dangerous. "My father often told us that there would be an accident," said Maritza Segovia, daughter of Victor Segovia, says the writer of mine because he kept a diary during the 69 days of this camera . "If he still worked there, because it paid better elsewhere." Javier Castillo, the union of the mine, led the fight to ensure that conditions are improved. "We have submitted several reports to the inspection of mines, SERNAGEOMIN, he said, but nothing has ever happened." "The problem in Chile, says Communist MP in the region, Lautaro Carmona is that business leaders prefer to pay fines instead of putting in place adequate security measures, which would cost them much more expensive. "Moreover, the lack of SERNAGEOMIN. "There are 2 mines inspectors for 3000," said Senator Socialist Isabel Allende. The mining company San Esteban, owner of the San Jose mine, had one thing in mind: to extract. At the cost of security. "The mine was filled with water, and water is a poison for mine because it facilitates the erosion and landslides, said Daniel Espinoza, a miner for 15 years, came to San Jose a few months just before the accident on August 5. The mine was notably devoid of emergency exit and ventilation shaft equipped with ladders, all of which could allow juveniles to escape. "Never again will we allow that work in conditions as uncertain and inhumane to the mine in San Jose and many other places, said yesterday the chairman Sebastian Piñera during a press conference. We will generate in the culture and heart of our country the respect for life, safety, dignity and health. " In December last, while campaigning, the president had promised to make Chile a developed country. "We will revise the law," he added. We'll change a lot of methods and criteria. We will adopt all the standards of developed countries. " If anyone doubts that the chairman millionaire who made his fortune in the stock market will go back to the business world, Sebastian Piñera must maintain the positive image he earned with the rescue. However, the national press, as the international press, will follow the issue closely. |

It's been quiet around here....
I just wanted to say that I am SOOOO disappointed with season 3... I had high hopes that they would actually go back to season 1 style, but they didn't and it's just gotten worse... I have to confess that I only watch it because I have to make screencaps for the site, because Cal nowadays annoys me so much that it's painful for me to watch... He's being an ass even to Foster now, so... he is totally unlikable and I don't see the point in that, where the lead character is so obnoxious it makes you feel like punching him.... And Loker only shows up to be mistreated by him, really frustrating... |
