Ok so now the more I think about it the more I believe the loft scene happens before any of the other mess. i just don't see Blair talking to Chuck and him not telling her about Dan.

Dan looks like he's falling asleep when Blair open the door and the preview when she talk about the loophole is their first scene. Remember that it's suppose to be a real time episode so... I really want to remain optimistic but it's also more logical to me.
