i think that part will drag us into season 5 which will leave him searching/lamenting for her thus further solidfying our ship!!!

I don't think that's going to happen. At least I hope we see Beth reunited with the group before the end of the season/

i read that spoiler/theory on tumblr and it makes sense ratings wise to me bc this bethy ship is definitely creating a whole new fandom...........but yes i hope she is reunited with him in front of carol so we can get a reaction!..........but i really want a love triangle btwn the three where bethyl is sneaking around bc of carol and somebody like carl catches them and tells rick and then they are forced to profess there love lol.........anywho just a thory lol

Well my response will contain more spoilers. Just a warning.

So we know that Daryl eventually joins those group of rapists/murderers that Rick was hiding from... I think Daryl may go down a dark path if he decides to hang with them (of course he's unaware of their intentions or who they are when he initially meets them). I think now that Beth is gone, the last shred of his prison family and who he became when he was with them will diminish. He's going to shut himself off again and become emotionally detached. I also think not being able to help Beth will wear on him. This is going back to the deaths of Sophia and Merle -- again, he couldn't save them. However, I do think Beth will find a way to escape. But I also fear that those men will end up killing Daryl

I think that's a really good theory and i can see it actually happening. I know filming showed us that Daryl is with the man that we saw on the porch in Rick's episode and I think Daryl will probably go with them not knowing what they do (Rape/killing) And maybe he goes undercover to find Beth but some reason I don't see them having Beth and if they do she is in real trouble. I don't see Daryl giving up on finding Beth for the fact that Gimp said the first half is almost a foreshadowing and in it Daryl said something about not wanting to lose people and even though I hate the idea of Beth having to be rescued by Daryl or anyone else seeing as they showed us last episode that she can stand on her own even when Daryl was losing it with her. I don't think she's going to die though. I don't see another Sofia or Merle like you said.

i just want beth and daryl alive in the end either way and a great reunion epi whether that is now or next season i feel like we dont have enough episodes left for him to focus on finding her this season

Emily was seen on set at the finale episode so I think we will see Beth before the season is over. I do wonder if she'll become more rough, but I guess it depends on who took her and for what reason.

Yeah. We don't know if the people who took her are necessarily bad or will hurt her. Kind of ironic though how Beth kept reiterating the fact that she doesn't need Daryl, even in the new clip.. All I know is that if Daryl dies I will die.

I didn't take it that way at all but I have a feeling Daryl did. Beth wants to be independent and fight off walkers (Emily stated on her twitter that was Beth's goal) I her words in that clip as she isn't going to need Daryl to save her pretty soon she'll be able to do that herself but the way Daryl looked at her (which was really sad to be honest) I think he took it as if she can't wait til she doesn't need him anymore. I don't know, I just had a different take on it seeing as in the last episode proved they need each other. Daryl and Rick IMO are the two safest characters on the show, Rick because he's the main lead and he's in the comic still surviving along with Carl and Maggie. Daryl nor Beth are even in the comic book so that's a plus on their side. Carol in the comic book died long time ago which is why I think Carol is on the chopping block in the show. Daryl on the other hand is the most favorite character from the show even passing rick so I don't see AMC letting Norman reedus go anytime soon.
