I think there will be some

We know they want to bring in all the Originals and I don't see why Klaus, Damon, Stefan, Katherine, Bonnie, etc., would wake them up. It makes more sense for Elijah to do it, and the only person I can see pulling out his dagger is Elena.

Let's hope he'll join Elena. I don't care about the others and if they hate him or not, it's totally irrelevant. I even think Elijah values Elena's opinion of him and doesn't really care what others think. It's her, he's making a deal with. Adding to that, he knows he can trust her and even if he might see Stefan as honorable and Bonnie as selfless, he doesn't give a damn about what they do.
