just taking a break here at work... have to make a candle for my friends wedding on Saturday.. and I'm very proud that I mean so much to him. they are getting married in the morning with just a little circle of familymembers and the official invitation was for the ceremony in the afternoon and the celebration afterwards, and yesterday he asked me if I want to join them in the morning already  it feels so good to have a friend like this__________________

OMB Deborah you have no idea how bad today has been!
 We had a temp, Gemma, in on Friday who was supposed to be doing the clinic typing . instead she decided to re~organise the office  despite being told by me that what she was planning was not how we ran the dept. But she was also in on Saturday and today Nina, who's back, and I discovered that she'd taken it upon herself to take all of Nina's files and all the work that I left in a very organised pile on Friday .. and sort them out into god only knows what sort of order .. .. it's total chaos and we are going to lose so many patients in the system that are waiting for appointments. OMB .. Nina is fizzing and she's emailed the manager to say that she does not want Gemma working in the dept .. she can do the typing elsewhere! Honestly, I'm speechless that someone who is two days in a new dept would take it upon themselves to deal with paperwork that they know nothing about and screw up our entire working practice  Then she had the gall to send me an email to say that she'd sorted my stuff to help me out  She's not in again until Wednesday ... __________________

When I was moving into my house, my aunt from New Jersey came to help me unpack boxes. I explained where I wanted things, but she decided she would set up the kitchen just like she wanted it. Of course we didn't have anyone's lives depending on us, but it was TOTALLY annoying.

I just finished crafting the candle for the wedding.. now I only have to make the two cakes on friday
Debs ~ that sounds awful, cause that means so much more work for you Deborah ~ if I would help someone set up a house I wouldn't dare to make it the way I want, cause its not me to live in... understandable that it is annoying __________________

Good analogy hun .. but Nina does not pull her punches and the air was as blue as Justin's eyes today ... I'm laughing about it tonight, but she had no authority to do that .. and now all the future appointments that we need to make because our Registrar moved back to Sri Lanka could be absolutely anywhere .. and there is a whole month of cancelled clinics that we were keeping a tight reign on for rescheduled appointments .. .. honestly, I know I'm going on but seriously, I just don't understand WHY she felt she could do that after two days .. why we would find it acceptable .. she was just there to type the clinic letters ... THAT'S ALL  __________________
