I doubt it since Oliver is still married to Felicity. Unless we see an alternate version of them from another Earth where they were together.

I guess it's safe to say that Oliver has been having some off screen interaction with Sara.
"Sara hasn't been able to help either." We should've gotten one Nyssa and Sara scene during Arrow this season... they really shoul've brought Sara back for more than just the crossover.  |

I just don't think they will since Oliver is still married. It doesn't matter if EBR comes back or not. They wouldn't want to do anything to mess with that relationship.
I wouldn't mind seeing another Earth version of Oliver and Sara where they are together and are Green Arrow and Black Canary. __________________

Yeah it would ruin Oliver's character if he cheated. He's a better man now. I just want to see their friendship because of everything they've been through Sara will always have a place in his heart and I just want that acknowledged before the end.
