He's probably okay with being with the Legends because he still occassionally gets to steal, burn things and kill people when fighting them. If he didn't get to do those things then he probably wouldn't stay with them.

The Legends are nothing like the other hero teams. That's why Wally was surprised that they allow light to moderate theft.

Sara gives Mick more freedom to be the person he wants to be....although he did mention didn't fit in and was isolated in season 2...part of the reason why he gave the spear of destiny to Leonard in semi-final.

Well I was definitely team Mick on that but luckily the team or even Mick himself do not remember Mick betraying the team yet again.
