I sort of hoped Leonard death brought Mick and Sara closer together.

and I remember even Caity saying how she felt that she could be close with Mick. I think someone asked her who does Sara have since her 2 favorite people in Kendra and Snart aren't on the Waverider and I think she said Rip and Mick but we haven't gotten any kind of follow up development and that's what I find a bit disappointing.

Well, none of Caity's predictions at the SDCC came true

There was no development of a Sara/Amaya friendship because the only significant interactions between the two happened in 2 episodes out of 12 so far. Rip was MIA most of the season, and she hardly talked to Mick. I think things may change for Sara/Rip/Amaya in the coming episodes, but sadly, I don't think Sara/Mick will get closer this season. We'll see though, maybe the writers will surprise us like they have with Sara/Jax/Stein.

maybe she wanted those things to happen but didn't???

we did get some Sara / Jax scenes though

The Sara/Jax scenes we got exceeded my expectations.

Too bad since I loved Caity's prediction.

Although I'm happy with Sara/Jax because I love them so much... hoping for more friendship scenes even if Sara is Captain.
