I loved this episode..one of my favorites!

Love love when Clark doesn't believe he has powers. Those scenes were comedy GOLD! I also loved how Chloe got to see how different Clark is around Lois and that he clearly has feelings for her (Puppy dog eyes!) I can't stop smiling the entire way through that ending Clois scene! Gold gold I tell you! This is one of 2 episodes I rewatch all-the-time and fall asleep to. It had both Clois and Chlark in it and the show shines!

Now there were a couple of things..
I can understand why Clark might not be able to show up at her party (he can't exactly zip in and out if there are other people there and they did say he was doing something important with Bart... HOWEVER him not even calling her? AT least a text! Huh :nono: At least the thoughtful present helped. I do think though he would give more priority to Lois for a few reasons.. he know he screwed up standing her up so is trying to get back in her good graces and she doesn't know he has "important things to do" sometimes... whereas Chloe would understand.. so that makes sense if it wasn't Chloe's BIRTHDAY!

"stood her up at formal???" He didnt stand her up, he left her mid-way through.
