I think Lana gave him a peck on the cheek before his operation in the AU. So it is very possible that what the "kiss" spoiler were referring to.
It's not the first time that the show runners has used that tactic to lure viewers in.  __________________

I like that photo of Chloe and Clark as kids. So innocence.
Would have been a nice story too - from being childhood sweethearts to husband/wife. __________________
