I happen to like Gotham though I never was a fan of Batman. Never liked him
 So I thought a young Bruce Wayne was a great idea. Plus the characters that make up the show are interesting. I like Alfred, Det. Gordon, Penguin, Fish and Riddler, the most.__________________

Yes, that's why I said even more absurd. Gotham might not be able to use Batman properly but at least they've got other popular character's like Gordon and Alfred etc. Krypton is about Clark Kent's grandfather. Do we even know his name?

 I know you like Gotham. And maybe absurd was the wrong word but I think the show could be so much better if only Bruce was a bit older and I don't understand why they couldn't simply used a time jump after the murder of his parents to the time when he was about 16 or 17.__________________
