I think you're mixing it up with DH1 (movie). The start of that movie had Nagini (by order of Voldemort) killing that muggle teacher, Charity Burbage. Pretty creepy stuff.

She wasn't there AT ALL. Only mentioned by Hermione when she trying to wake Ron up to go to the QWC. But Julie Walters wasn't among the cast

Nope she wasn't in GOF and yeah she had returned to Ootp but before Arthur got attacked, we saw her when she welcome-hugged Harry when he got picked out of the Druselys house.

GOF HAD TO be split in 2 movies or at least had more time because it was a fat book also unlike the first 3. As a result, they had to cut out several important scenes in order to shove the book in a 2-hour-movie.

I think they usually shoot HP back then for around 6-8 months (not sure about this).
