A kiss on the cheek would've been perfect.
 It's enough to be shippy without it being too distracting or necessarily saying they'd dive right into a romance. And that's the kind of thing I don't think would be too far-fetched to happen.  __________________

I agree about the kiss and I think it happening at any point wouldn't have been forced or seemed weird because one innocent little kiss like on the cheek for example would have been fitting even in Ootp. Although I think the perfect timing for it would have been the last book, it would have been a nice hint at a future possibility of HL relationship but without it being forced or rushed, mostly like an open ending in terms of a possible romance for these characters.

Me too. A kiss on the last book won't be too weird, nor would it be awkward - of course given the right setting and at the right time.

Definitely. I think it would be fitting and give some little hint at the possibility of their future together, but nothing forced or out of nowhere.

I really think it's something Luna would do. I could see Harry maybe being surprised at first but he'd be happy about it.

They'd probably be surprised at first but it won't be until after the war when they both fully realize their feelings for each other.

I agree. I would like their feelings to progress slowly, I mean I think there should have been some hints at the end of the last book, maybe some very light hints, but all the major development of romance should have happened after the war definitely. It would have been surprizing and confusing for both of them, but I'm sure it would have also made them both very happy

 I do agree with you guys, kiss on a cheek would have fitted even during book 6-7, without going anywhere further or any real romance that I can picture only happening after the war is over. I can totally see Luna giving Harry that small and warm kiss and him beign a bit confused but liking it __________________

They're so cute, I love their scenes in the books and movies. And ITA the potential was there for them to transition from friends to more. They have such a great connection. __________________
