Plus they can't really go around and they will be able to destroy structures and buildings especially if they're as big as Grawp.

I'm scared of Aragog but I don't think he should be expelled for that. Sadly it was a grave offense and Aragog is dangerous and shouldn't be released.

Because Aragog was dangerous, Hagrid helped him escape, and that's why he got expelled for doing that. Plus Hagrid owns Aragog and raised him.
