Yeah, we never got an explanation as to what happened with Jacob before Queenie put a love potion on him. Does he still keep in touch with family members? Will he continue his bakery or help Newt with his creatures instead?

Ah so looks like not all his memories are back because of the Obliviation spell they put on him. He'll probably get them all his memories back soon but it'll take years.
