As much as possible, when I see a pic of Newt and post it here, I'll look for the year. We can't tell how long ago a picture of Eddie is because he still looks the same 10 years ago.

Yeah Eddie did say he auditioned for HP before but didn't get the part. Plus when he got the role of Newt, it was also right after he won the Oscar for The Theory of Everything so he was in high demand.
