I think Voldemort has an idea where as he's the one who asked his Death Eaters or he himself hid some of it. But the problem was he's already being watched by the Ministry so it will be difficult for him to get those Hocruxes back.

Yes like what happened to Ron. He was angry for no reason at all. But Voldemort hid his Horcruxes so it was not easy to find them.

I really need to re-read and recall how the rest of the Horcrux was found. Ginny's diary in CoS was a Horcrxux and that was destroyed already (by using a Basilsik fang).

At least you have re-read books 1-4. I still haven't and only remember bits of it because of the movies which I have also forgotten.
