^ It took me more than 2 hours to make one plus my idiot brothers ain't help me enough when my mom was trying to help me.. But just let you know that the last time I made it when I was in junior high..

I've started my Christmas shopping but I'm not done yet. There are weekend sales here but otherwise I'll order the rest online. I don't like crowds and I usually go to malls have fewer people. We have a huge mall here that I hate going to but thankfully it's far from where I live.

Dave, I'm getting busy at work because month end is near.

I live across form a mall so it's always traffic where I live. But it's a small mall and if want more shops, then there's a bigger mall but it's an almost one hour drive. A lot of people go there because it has 4 floors and 3 buildings. So if you go to Building A, it will take you a few minutes to get to Building C. That mall is complete but I hate going there because of the crowd. Even if it's not a holiday, there are so many people there.

This is the mall I'm talking about.

Linds... I love that big mall.... I've only seen malls with 2 floors on large building. The local mall closed years ago and there is one 3 cities down that I have to take the bus to if I want to go. It also has a nice movie theater and good food court... along with tons of restaurants surrounding the mall.

Steph...how was your Birthday...what did you get?

Dave, how long does it take to get there from where you live. That mall has the biggest IMAX cinema in town too. It's complete really. How was your Thanksgiving?

Steph, I get a birthday leave at work and even a cash gift but I always opt to go to work on my birthday. For me it's just an ordinary day and I'm really lukewarm to my birthday since way back when I was a kid. Anyway, how was your Thanksgiving?

Linds... 5 minutes to bus stop from my place....a half hour - 35 min from there...8 minute walk from street bus stop to Mall main entrance...
Thanksgiving was OK...I cooked for myself, enjoyed my dinner/ leftovers...and lots of cleaning... more leftovers for lunch today

Steph... has your birthday ever fallen on Thanksgiving or is that too early in the week no matter what year

I always work on my birthday bec I want to have a day off then I would get bored easily.. But at least I enjoy the dinner when I went after even though it just regular day for me.. My Thanksgiving was good, but I just want to stay in bed.. And your?

Dave, that's not a bad commute. As long as it's not too crowded then I'd go to that mall all the time.

Steph, I'm glad you had fun. Honestly when I got older I just want a low key birthday. I still have friends who are the same age as me who still wants a party and I really don't bother with that. But to each their own and celebrate it the way you want it.

I'm leaving in a few minutes to do some errands and then have dinner with friends. Then tomorrow I need to take the dog to the vet for his de-worming. Then Monday would be back to month end for me again.
